Fabregas rates Liverpool winger Mane best player in Premier League
Liverpool winger, Sadio Mane, is the best player in the Premier League.
That is according to former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
The Spaniard was impressed with Mane’s two goals against Chelsea in the Premier League in a comfortable win.

The 28-year-old managed 18 league goals last term.
