12th African Games: Athletics takes centre stage in Morocco

The athletics event will take centre stage at the 12th African Games in Rabat, Morocco, as athletes burn the track in their bid to win medals for their countries.

Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat will come alive as fleet-footed across the 54 nations in Africa compete for glory and honours for their countries.

The sprint events – 100m, 110hurdles and 400m will kick-start the event with all eyes on Divine Oduduru and Blessing Okagbare in the 100m. Tobi Amusan will also be in action in the 110hurdles.

The athletics event will end on August 30, 2019.
