2018 100 Most Influential Young Africans: Musa, Moses listed

Super Eagles forward Ahmed Musa and Chelsea’s Victor Moses have been named among 2018 100 most influential Young Africans.

Super Eagles forward Ahmed Musa and Chelsea’s Victor Moses have been named among 2018 100 most influential Young Africans.
The list was announced by the Africa Youths Award for 100 young achievers from 26 countries.
Musa and Moses were part of the Nigeria national team to the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, accounting for the team’s three goals in the group stage before bowing out from the tournament.
They are joined by notable artistes David Adeleke aka, Davido, Folarin Falana, aka Falz and kenny Blaq.

The annual prestigious list which was launched in 2016 and currently in its third year features young politicians, activists, entrepreneurs, entertainers, digital influencers, philanthropists & athletes across 10 distinct categories who are blazing various trails and promoting the positive image of Africa across the globe.
Speaking about the publication, Prince Akpah, founding President of Africa Youth Awards, curators of the list noted; the current list features a record 90 new entrants and 43 females. According to him, this year’s honorees were listed for their individual and collective contributions towards positioning the image of Africa as front-runners in their respective fields.
He also urged other young Africans to emulate the footstep of the listed individuals and join them to make Africa a better and safer place for young dreamers.
Notable among the 2018 honorees are Uganda’s Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu  (Bobi Wine), Togo’s Farida Bemba Nabourema and Egypt’s Mohamed Salah,
