2018/2019 EPL Season: Chelsea drop Omeruo

Indications that Nigeria international Kenneth Omeruo may not feature for Chelsea in the 2018/2019
premier league season has emerged. His name is not on the squad with 32 days to kick off.

The player who has been on vacation after the World cup is expected in London soon to discuss his
future with the former league champions.

24 hours ago, Omeruo was in the news as a possible target for Belgian side KAA Gent which he dismissed.

He said he was yet to decide on his future.

But with the latest from the Stamford Bridge side, Omeruo will have to decide quickly on his next move
before the season begins.

The Super Eagles defender who featured in all matches in Russia has not played for Chelsea since
joining them six years ago from Standard Liege. He has been farmed out on loan to various clubs by
Chelsea.

Pending when he gets a new club, Omeruo may not train with the main team when he arrives for pre-
season.
