Not satisfied with the injuries ravaging his team with less than six weeks to the World Cup in Russia, Argentina coach, Jorge SAMPAOLI is now combing Europe in search for players that will replace the injured stars.

Also, AC Milan’s star, Lucas Biglia is expected to miss five to six weeks following an injury he picked up on Saturday.

In an update made available by the San Siro side, it appears that Biglia suffered a slight lumbar fracture in his back and would be sidelined for around five to six weeks.

Argentine journalist Hernan Castillo had earlier tweeted that with the World Cup just eight weeks away, Coach Sampaoli will need to seriously assess Biglia’s condition on whether he makes the cut for Russia.

With this development, if Biglia is not fit enough to the World Cup, the door for Russia-based Matias Kranevitter is now wide open.
