35 bag NTU coaching certificate

Thirty five participants have been awarded certificate after completing a two-day coaching course organized by the Nigeria Triathlon Union (NTU) held at the boardroom of the Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC) in Surulere, Lagos.

 The exercise was conducted for sports teachers and stakeholders to ensure they are well informed on the rudiments of triathlon.

 Those who were certified at the end of the course on Wednesday are Oguntoyinbo Abayomi, Akinwole Gbemileke, Akereh Oluwatobi, Ojo Yusuf Olawunmi, Akanwole R.O, Adebisi Adesina Akinwande, Joseph Najite Vivian, Adewale Abiodun, Adebayo, Femi, Alli Olawale, Oluwole Owolabi, Oluwseun  Adewoye, Babatunde Joel Muritala, Komolafe Shina and Okurame Eric Daniel.

 Others are Austine Williams, Ariyo Ajibola, Ogunjobi Rachel Olayinka, Oloyede Olufemi, Fatunde Samson, Alada Johns, Frank Harrison, Olunuga Seun, Azeez Gbenga, Yussuf L.A, Olatunde Olusola, Williams Gbekemiye, Opirisitei Patience, Owolabi Kehinde, Oke Monisola Ronke, Amoo Kamoli, Agunbiade Anuoluwapo, Abdulbalam Raliat and Olayiwola K.O.

 Coach Bashir Mohammed, the Deputy Technical Director of the NTU, conducted the course and was supported by the National Chief Coach, Goodie Amaefula.

 However, another Community Course will be held before the end of the first quarter next year  in spreading the sports and knowledge of the new rules/regulations as well as sourcing of young and new triathletes.
