Ideye dropped for Villarreal clash

Nigeria international Brown Ideye has been dropped for Malaga’s La Liga clash against Villarreal Sunday (today).

The Nigeria who  joined Spanish side from Chinese club Tianjin Teda was also not listed on the substitute bench for the Matchday 32 fixture.

While Ideye was not considered, fellow compatriot, Isaac Success has been included in the starting line up by manager, Jose Gonzalez.

Ideye has only scored once for La Albicelestes  since completing his loan move.

The former West Brom remains hopeful of getting a look in by Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr for the World Cup.
