The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is presently discussing with the Kaduna State Government with a view to securing the state
as the home ground for the Flying Eagles for their 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations qualifiers.

as the home ground for the Flying Eagles for their 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The U-20 national team were drawn bye in the first round of the qualifiers and will meet the winner of the Guinea Bissau and Sierra Leone game in the second round in the weekend of May 11-13 and 18-20.

Guinea Bissau defeated Sierra Leone 1-0 in the first leg played last weekend in Bissau while the return leg holds in Free Town on the weekend of April 20-22.

A source within the team told SportingLife.ng that the team is expected back in Abuja next week after a one week break following their trip to Egypt.
