Super Eagles chief coach, Sunday Oliseh who was sacked by Dutch club, Fortuna Sittard over claims of unacceptable behaviour has been cleared by the court of the Royal Dutch Football Federation (KNVB).

KNVB which sat on Friday ruled in favour of Oliseh after entertaining the petitions of both parties.

They found Fortuna Sittard guilty for failing in its responsibilities to be a good employee to Oliseh who had only spent four months with the club before he was relieved of his duties.

They immediately ordered Fortuna Sittard to compensate the Nigerian financially and also gave him the option of returning to the club till May of this year.

An excited Oliseh immediately took to his Twitter handle to express his joy on the ruling which he says has finally exonerated him of all charges that were leveled against him by the Dutch club.

“”I am obliged to stay as Fortuna Employee till the month of May 2018.Thanks 2 all my well wishers for your valued support all through this injustice.Thankful to God 4 his blessings!

The Knvb Court further stated that Oliseh has not acted as a bad Employee to counter the claims by the club that he failed to get along with the management and players.

“Dutch court finds Fortuna Sittard guilty for not being a good employer to Sunday Oliseh and sanctions Fortuna. Most importantly. Consequentally negating false claims by Fortuna. God is Great!,” read his post.

Oliseh led Fortuna Sittard from the brink of relegation last season to the play-offs for top flight promotion this term.
