Former NNL coach slumps, dies in Gombe

A former Nigeria National League coach, Mohammad Garba on Thursday slumped and died at the Pantami Stadium, Gombe during a training session with his ex-teammates.
In a condolence message sent to the family of the deceased by the management of Gombe United, it was stated that the coach, who was the pioneer gaffer of Yarmalight FC was having a kick-about with his old mates when he became unconscious and died before he could be revived on the pitch.
Gombe United prayed for the repose of the departed coach and also commiserate with Yarmalight over the loss of the coach who is also known as Onoh by his admirers.
