Gala are also keen on Watford’s Joao Pedro but view King as an alternative option should they not land the Brazilian.

King only arrived at Everton at the end of the winter transfer window but after signing a short-term deal with the Blues, he could be on his way out of Goodison Park this summer.
The Norway international snapped up from Bournemouth where he had entered the final six months of his contract, has played nine times for Carlo Ancelotti’s side but is still yet to be handed a start.
