A good point, Aina reflects on Palace draw
Nottingham Forest defender Ola Aina has expressed satisfaction with his team’s 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace in their Premier League encounter at Selhurst Park on Monday night.
Crystal Palace took the lead shortly after the hour mark through a penalty converted by winger Eberechi Eze.
However, Forest responded swiftly, equalising just four minutes later via centre-back Murillo.
Palace nearly snatched the win late on, with Eze hitting the woodwork.
“I think it’s a good point away from home. Tough to come here — they are a good side. And you know, with the level that we hit recently, a point is a good result,” Aina told Sky Sports.

The result means Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have picked up only four points from their last five league matches.
Aina remains optimistic despite the recent dip in form, saying the team is focused on pushing forward.
“It just happens. This is football, sometimes it just doesn’t go your way,” he added.
“Unfortunately for us, it hasn’t gone our way recently but the hard work continues and we try to get three points every game but we couldn’t get that today.”
