Abba Bichi named Five- Stars Football Ambassador

Brazil 2019 FIFA U-17 ace Abba Bichi, has been named Ambassador of the 5 Stars Football and Consultancy.

At an event held in Abuja, Bichi, who only this year, founded the Abba Bichi Football Academy, where amateur players are groomed, was bestowed the ambassadorial honour because of his contributions to grassroots sports development.

While conferring Bichi the honour, management team of 5 Stars Football and Consultancy, said ” We are delighted to name you our ambassador, in appreciation of your contribution to the national team at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil and setting up a grassroot Academy that is helping to harness the talents of up and coming players”

In his response, Bichi said he was happy to receive the hounour and vowed to do his best to help further the growth of sports in the country.

Reacting to the development, UK-based FA licensed football agent Drew Uyi who doubles as Bichi’s manager said he was not surprised by awards and recognitions Bichi has been receiving given his charitable works behind the scene.

Uyi advised athletes to just compete but endeavor to have a brand that will project them to earn the much needed endorsements for a better career.
