Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has donated a Coaster bus and an SUV to Enyimba International Football Club to further boost their quest for laurels this season.
The bus will help the club ease their local travels while the SUV will be used by the Club’s Chairman, Chief Felix Anyansi Agwu.
A brand new team bus and an SUV. It can only come from our Number One supporter himself, Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu 🙌🏿👑
We are most grateful, Sir. Long live Abia State! https://t.co/qoyzFB4ysW

Only recently, the State government commissioned the reconstructed Abia stadium. Rehabilitation work included the installation of an astro pitch which cost over N450 million.
Enyimba are already in the First Round of the CAF Champions League despite being forced to a 1-1 draw by their opponent, Rahimo FC, in Aba on Sunday.
Enyimba with the 1-1 draw in Sunday’s second leg tie in Aba progressed with a 2-1 aggregate scoreline having won 1-0 in the first leg played in Burkina Faso last weekend.
Having done well to record an away win in the first leg, many expected a bigger win in the second leg, but the Peoples’ Elephant could only get the minimum scoreline adequate for their progress in the continental showpiece.
