AFCON: Super Eagles to storm Cameroon on charter flight

Super Eagles will fly directly to their AFCON base of Garoua from Abuja to Cameroon.

The team’s official airline will fly the team to Northern Cameroon Wednesday.

However, Venezia defender Tyronne Ebuehi will join the team from his Italian base Thursday.

Officials are confident of “a full house” of players in the team’s training camp today so that they fly out tomorrow.

At the last count, 16 players are now in camp with skipper Ahmed Musa among the latest arrivals, according to scorenigeria report.

The Eagles will open their 2021 AFCON campaign next Tuesday against record winners Egypt.

Sudan and Guinea Bisau are the other teams in Group D.
