Aftermath of Liverpool’s Defeat: I won’t dump Arsenal—Aregbesola

Immediate past Governor of Osun State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola has promised that he will continue to support Arsenal despite their loss to Liverpool at Anfield last Saturday.

The Gunners suffered their worst defeat of the season after losing 5-1 to the Reds which left them fifth on the premier league table.

Aregbesola was responsing to a question on Twitter from a Gunners fan on whether he would withdraw his support after the painful defeat.

“It is an inseparable partnership. It’s gunners 4 life. Painful outing but proud to be a gunner” he stated.

Arsenal have another opportunity to redeem their image when they take on Fulham at the Emirates stadium on New Year’s Day.
