Ahead Friendly: Super Eagles equipment delays training, to arrive Singapore 9pm tonight
Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser, Gernot Rohr is worried about training equipment that is yet to arrive Singapore as a result of visa delay to the team officials that were to come with the equipment from Abuja.
The Franco-German football tactician told Sportinglife.ng exclusively from Singapore venue of the Eagles versus Brazil match that the earliest the equipment would arrive would be 9pm tonight meaning training would have to commence on Friday morning.
But he has come up with a plan B that would enable him to shake off jet lags from his players and work on their fitness level till Friday morning. He also told Sportinglife.ng that he was yet to hear from four of his players but hopeful they would join the team latest today.
“We are waiting for the delegation and the equipment They will arrive only Thursday night by 9pm (tonight), so it is very difficult for training.
