Ahead Usyk rematch: Anthony Joshua reveals Gym rules

Nigeria born British pugilist Anthony Joshua has shared his strict training camp rules as he prepares for a crucial rematch with Oleksandr Usyk, warning all the ‘spies’ in his gym to go ‘f*** off’.

The heavyweight star has yet to officially sign up to take on the Ukrainian after he lost his three world titles at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in a unanimous points loss last September.

But he is expected to agree to a fight in the spring – which could take place at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff and he is stepping up preparations for what is the biggest fight of his career so far.

Joshua is ready to shake up his usual environment as he prays to reclaim his world titles – with the 31-year-old poised to work under a new trainer and move over from his Sheffield base – and he has a new set of gym rules shared he and his sparring partners will stick to the upcoming camp.
