Aigbogun backs Makanjuola for success at Africa Games

Flying Eagles head coach, Paul Aigbogun is banking on Success Makanjuola to lead the team to success ahead of the the All Africa Games in Rabat, Morocco.

The former Warri Wolves head coach said the Water F.C midfielder is capable of holding any team in a competitive matches.

“Makanjuola is young talented player . I have absolute confidence in him. In Poland during the FIFA U20 World Cup,  he showed class and intelligent in the filed of play.  Collectively I know we are going to succeed in Egypt,” he said.

The Nigeria team finished in third position and with Bronze medal in 2015 events which took place in Congo Brazzaville.

Makanjuola who is among the 18 players selected by the team coach Paul Aigbogun believes the team is good enough to clinch the gold medal this around.

The youngster underlined his importance to the team with his outstanding performance at the 2019 FIFA U20 World cup in Poland.
