Akpeyi Joins Kaizer Chiefs From Chippa United
South Africa premier league club, Kaizer Chiefs have completed the signing of Super Eagles goalkeeper, Daniel Akpeyi from fellow league side Chippa United.

The 32-year old who has spent four years with Chpppa United was signed as a stop gap for South Africa first choice keeper,Itumeleng Khune who is ruled out for the rest of the season with injury.
He is expected to make his debut against Orlando Pirates in the Soweto Derby next week at FNB Stadium.
He becomes the fourth Nigerian goalkeeper to have made headlines in South Africa after Willy Okpara, Peterside Idah and Greg Itafia.
Sadly he has fallen down the pecking order in the national team where he has become the third choice behind Francis Uzoho and Ikechukwu Ezenwa.
