Arsenal defender Saliba wins Nice Player of Month award

Arsenal defender, William Saliba, starring on-loan with Nice, has been named Player of the month for January.

The youngster has made six appearances for his new club since the switch.

As Arsenal continue to struggle for form, it has left many fans questioning the decision to send Saliba on loan once again.

The Gunners have only won twice since his move and have been left short at the back since David Luiz’s red card against Wolves.

Had it been up to Saliba, the France U20 international might still be at the Emirates to solve Arsenal’s defensive woes.
