Arsenal in talks over £35m midfielder as Xhaka replacement
Arsenal are in talks over signing Ruben Neves in a deal worth around £35m this summer, according to reports.
The Sun claims the Gunners are speaking to Neves’ agent Jorge Mendes about a move to the Emirates from Molineux stadium.
