Arsenal target Watkins as Aubameyang replacement
Ollie Watkins is on Arsenal’s list of potential targets to replace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
That is according to ESPN, who say that the former Brentford man joins Fiorentina star Dusan Vlahovic, Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Alexander Isak of Real Sociedad on Mikel Arteta’s radar.
Watkins is absent from the Aston Villa squad that faced the Bees in the Premier League on Sunday.

Steven Gerrard did not confirm why he missed out, but did say that Villa are struggling with injury and Covid issues.
He should be back for the FA Cup clash with Manchester United next Monday.
