Awaziem, Chukwueze, Azeez are early birds for Brazil friendly
The trio of Samuel Chukwueze, Ramon Azeez and Chidozie Awaziem became the first set of Super Eagles players that have arrived in Singapore for Sunday’s international friendly against Brazil.
The players who play in the Spanish La Liga were pictured along with head coach, Gernot Rohr who flew from his base in France to the Asia country on Wednesday morning.
All the invited players are expected today.
Meanwhile the Nigeria community in Singapore are fully mobilised to welcome the national team for the glamour friendly according to reports.
Vice President of Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation, Singapore Chapter, Dr. Jonathan Obaje,said the country currently accommodates 200 Nigerians.
The Nigeria delegation comprising home based keeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, keeper trainer, Alloy Agu and members of the backroom staff will fly out tonight from Abuja.
The team’s departure was shifted to Wednesday due to visa delay at the Singapore Embassy in Abuja.

Meanwhile, Singaporean fans have tagged red-hot striker, Victor Osihmen, and Samuel Chukwueze as the team’s poster boys.
