Bad news for Fenerbahce as Moses tears his muscle
Turkish Super Lig side, Fenerbahce will miss the services of Former Nigeria international, Victor Moses
for the next five weeks after getting injured in Monday’s league clash against Gazisehir Gaziantep.
Confirming the development through their website, Fenerbahce revealed the former Nigeria international who scored the opening goal had a partial tear in the upper muscle which led to his removal in the 77th minute.
The injury was detected after the medical examination was conducted on the player and the expected recovery period is between four to five weeks.
“”Victor Moses injured in the match between 4 and 5 weeks is expected to stay away from the field. The
treatment of the star footballer who had a partial tear in the upper muscle has started,” read the club’s statement.
On the other hand, Tolgay Arslan and Serdar Aziz have both resumed training.
