Nigeria’s preparations for Saturday’s international friendly against the Three Lions of England was on
Friday affected by bad weather at Wembley Stadium.
The team engaged in a light training that ended without any injury worry to any of the 25 players.
The Eagles are in London to continue preparations for the 2018 World Cup starting on June 14 in Russia
and would play England in a friendly against England at 5.15pm
Super Eagles’ team Coordinator Patrick Pascal told SportingLife.ng from London that “the team trainned
well.
“The players were in a happy mood and ready for action against England tomorrow”, Pascal disclosed.
The players had a feel of the turf which would be very crucial for today’s much publicized
international friendly between England and Nigeria.
