Switzerland this Saturday after taking a World Cup extended break.

The player who was missing in Wednesday’s training in Austria which was posted on the club’s website is expected to hook up with his teammates before their second friendly against Wimbledon on July 21.

However Balogun has been struggling to forget the country’s World Cup exit which he expressed on
his Twitter page ahead of his EPL adventure.

“Better late than never, but never late is better. It’s been 2 weeks since this exciting journey has
ended for my team and me. Reminiscing it’s still painful, I won’t lie. But life goes on…,” Balogun
tweeted.

While he agrees that he must move with his life, Balogun who joined the premier league side as a free
agent from German side Mainz should also feature in the friendlies against Birmingham City, Charlton
Athletic and Sporting Lisbon to wrap up preparations ahead of the EPL season.

Brighton open their 2018/2019 EPL campaign against Watford away on August 11.
