More fans will soon be allowed to watch league matches as long as they obey the laid down covid- 19 Protocol.
This assurance was given by the Minister of Youth and Sports Development Mr Sunday Dare on Tuesday during a visit to the camp of the Home-based Super Eagles in Abuja.

In the words of the Minister “We hope to see our fans back in the stadiums soon as soon as we establish very strict covid 19 protocols. we’ll see what we can do about that.
The fans are very important to the game so we shall monitor the situation and work with the relevant agencies to actualize this”.
Vice President of the NFF Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi had appealed to the Minister to intervene by making a case with relevant agencies for the fans returning to watching league matches.
