Barcelona target Osimhen as Suarez’s replacement

Barcelona has identified Victor Osimhen, to become Luis Suarez’s successor  after monitoring the Nigeria’s performance at French side Lille this season.

At 33, Barca have started shopping for the Uruguay’s replacement according to reports from Spain and find Osimhen a capable replacement.

The Nigerian was the hero as he scored the winning goal to help Lille get the better of Dijon in their French Ligue 1 clash on Saturday night.

He scored from the penalty spot to secure the three points for Les Dogues and increase his goals to eight and two assists in 14 league appearances this season.

During a report on Téléfoot this Sunday, Osimhen did not hide his wish to return to Charleroi, his former club (2018-2019), to put an end to his career.
