Boboye quits Plateau Utd

Kennedy Boboye has quit his role as Plateau United head coach following the expiration of his two-year contract.

Boboye who is one of the assistant coaches of the U-23 national team made history when he guided Plateau United to winning the NPFL title in his first year.

However Boboye failed to lead the Jos club beyond the group stage of both the CAF Champions League
and the CAF Confederation Cup this year.

They also failed to go past the group stage of this year’s Aiteo Cup after they eliminated by Katsina United.
