BREAKING: Cuban heavyweight Sanchez hands Efe Ajagba first defeat
Cuban heavyweight Frank Sanchez defeated Nigeria’s Efe Ajagba to hand the US-based boxer his first professional career defeat in the early hours of Sunday with a unanimous decision.
Ajagba, who survived the duration of the fight to the tenth round lost to Sanchez, with the judges scoring the bout 97-92, 98-91, 98-91.

The fight was an undercard event leading to the heavyweight title trilogy showdown between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury.
With the win in the 10-round bout, Frank Sanchez remains undefeated and retains the WBO NABO, and WBC Continental Americas Heavyweight titles.
