Brescia appoint Perinetti as new sporting director

Brescia have officially announced the appointment of Giorgio Perinetti as their new sporting director.

The 69-year-old has previously worked as director of football at clubs like Roma, Napoli and Juventus and has now decided to join Massimo Cellino in Lombardy.

Perinetti has been without a job since he left the CEO position at Genoa in June 2019.

“Brescia Calcio announce the appointment of Giorgio Perinetti as the new sporting director of the first team,” the club wrote in an official statement.

“Giorgio Perinetti, born in Rome on January 17, 1951, joins Brescia Calcio after a long experience in numerous Serie A and Serie B clubs.

“Director Perinetti will be officially presented to the media morrow morning.”
