Brighton and Sheffield United are also taking an interest in the 25-year old Scotland international, with Celtic’s hierarchy due to make a decision on his future this summer.
A ball-playing defender, Hendry has benefited from regular football with Oostende rising to fourth in Belgium’s First Division. Indeed the Belgian side are also keen to make Hendry’s loan move permanent.
