CAFCL: Nigerian appointed for Al Ahly vs Sundowns semi-final game
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the officiating team for the much-anticipated CAF Champions League semi-final clash between Egypt’s Al Ahly and South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns.
In the lineup revealed on Monday afternoon, Nigeria’s Nasiru Sarkintundu Jubril has been appointed as the general coordinator for the high-stakes encounter.
Mauritania’s Dahane Beida will officiate as the centre referee, with Addou Dessare and Jonathan Koffi serving as assistant referees I and II, respectively. Rwanda’s Samuel Uwikunda has been named the fourth official.

Hamza El Hadjoul will act as the match commissioner, while Aboubakar Doumbouya has been assigned the role of referee assessor.
The semi-final showdown is set to take place at the Cairo International Stadium on April 25.
