Carles Puyol For UEFA Champions League Tour in Nigeria

Spanish football star and FC Barcelona ex-captain, Carles Puyol has been named as part of dignitaries that will accompany the UEFA Champions League trophy to Nigeria.

Heineken® confirmed this in a media statement obtained on Thursday.

According to the brand, for three days starting from April 16 to 18 Nigerian football enthusiasts and the lovers of the Heineken brand will experience the UEFA Champions League trophy.

The tour will be a three day experience that will feature exclusive encounters in Lagos and Uyo and an unmissable match to be played by select consumers and the Spanish superstar, Puyol.

Puyol is undoubtedly one of the most loved football superstars to have ever graced the beautiful game. With an illustrious career that saw him earn Legendary status at Barcelona, he also picked up the UEFA Champions League title three times.
