Champions League: Mbaoma, Enyimba shift attention to Dec 6

 

Enyimba’s Victor Mbaoma is eagerly waiting December 6 for a repeat performance at the Aba Township Stadium in the ongoing preliminary round of the CAF Champions league.

Mbaoma last Sunday scored the only goal that ensured that Enyimba left Ouagadougou with three points in the kitty at the expense of hosts Rahimo.

Mbaoma can be said to have played the role of a super sub as he made the much needed difference after he was introduced by Coach Fatai Osho in the second half and did not hesitate in converting Anayo Iwuala’s corner kick.

While it will be operation consolidate for Enyimba, same cannot be said of Plateau United who lost by a lone goal to visiting Simba Fc of Tanzania.
