Chukwueze listed among Africa’s top wonder-kids
Super Eagles and Villarreal star, Samuel Chukwueze has been rated among the six young players from Africa origin or background destined to shake the world this year with their outstanding performances.
Chukwueze is listed among the six players selected by Goal’s Ed Dove which also included Ibrahim Diallo, Silas Wamangituka, Mohammed Kudus of Ajax of Amsterdam, Tariq Lamptey and
Youssoufa Moukoko.
Ibrahima Diallo: Sneaking into this list ahead of the likes of Edmond Tapsoba or Rayan Ait Nouri, Diallo won over many admirers for his outstanding performance in Southampton’s recent victory over Liverpool.
Anyone who’s witnessed the young defensive midfielder’s showings for Brest over the past season and a half will be unsurprised by his array of qualities—particularly his composure in possession—although few expected he would look so comfortable against the reigning English champions.
