While it was a disappointing league campaign for the Bianconeri, who finished fourth, it was business as usual for Ronaldo in front of goal.
The Portuguese superstar claimed his first Serie A Golden Boot at the third attempt with 29 goals, and became the first player in history to finish as top scorer of the premier divisions in Italy, England and Spain.

Ronaldo has now been awarded for his efforts in the latest campaign, having been named the league’s Forward of the Season.
The Juventus star missed out on the big award, though, with Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku being named Player of the Season after his 24 goals and 11 assists guided Inter to their first league title since 2010.
