Azeez will face Sall from Senegal in an eight round affair at the York Hall in London on February 22.
Azeez said: “This year I am looking for my first title, plain and simple. I want to make a bigger name for myself by continuing to climb the ladder in the light-heavyweight division.
“We’re stepping up to eight rounds in this next fight and I think the longer distance suits me better, so I’m happy to be stepping up at the right time.
“As long as I keep my head down and keep grafting, then the only way is up. I wouldn’t be in the sport if I didn’t think I could be the best, and I anticipate going to the top.
29-year-old Azeez, a three-time South of England champion beat experienced 41- year old Charles Adamu on points in his last fight in October and is undefeated in six fights, winning three via knockouts.
He started boxing at Essex University Boxing Club and has over 60 fights under his belt as an amateur.
35-year-old Saidou Sall is based in France and has fought 21 times since turning professional in 2007, losing 9 times.
