Day Messi drove Ray Hudson To Tears With Solo Performance

Lionel Messi once moved commentator Ray Hudson to tears with a remarkable solo performance for Barcelona vs Real Betis.
The Argentine superstar has dropped a number of masterclasses throughout his career and one that stands out came back in 2019.
Barcelona demolished their opponents 4-1 and Messi netted a hat-trick – with his third goal being arguably one of his best ever.

Fans inside the Benito Villamarin Stadium couldn’t help but applaud Messi and he was asked about it post-match.

Messi told Movistar: “I don’t ever remember a night like this [being applauded by rival supporters].
“I’m really grateful for the way the fans responded. I honestly don’t remember an ovation like that [from rival fans].”
