Dennis, Okereke face another PSG baptism of fire in Paris

 

Super Eagles ace Emmanuel Dennis and compatriot David Okereke will be praying to avoid another demolition exercise when Club Brugge take on French Ligue 1 side PSG in the Champions league on Wednesday.

The duo were in action when merciless PSG hammered Brugge at the Jan Breydelstadion stadium October 22nd with Mauro Icardi and Kylian Mbappe having goals party.

Dennis who scored a brace in 2-2 draw against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu few weeks failed to find an opportunity against visiting PSG despite Brugge’s overwhelming possession.

PSG lead the group going into Wednesday’s clash with 9 points with Real Madrid in the second place. Brugge are third on the log with just a point and analysts believe they are likely to lose again in Paris for sure but prediction only centering by what margin.

Brugge and Galatasaray who occupy their rear will be looking towards a place in the Europa. Brugge head into Wednesday clash fresh from a 3-0 victory over Kortrijk in the Belgian league with David Okereke scoring the third good.

The victory going into Wednesday’s Champions league should no doubt serve as a ginger but to what extent that can help check PSG who are likely to be on rampage with intent to further thrill their vociferous fans, is left to be seen.
