Second vice president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Shehu Dikko has appeared before the special Presidential Investigation Panel for the Recovery of Public Property probing top officials of the federation for conspiracy and alleged diversion of public funds.
Dikko who doubles as the League Management Committee chairman kept to his promise to appear before the panel on Tuesday after returning from an overseas trip.
Other officials expected to honour the invitation are NFF 1st vice-president Seyi Akinwunmi, Ahmed Yusuf ‘Fresh’, Alizor Chuks as well as NFF finance director Mohammed Cheku. They would report after they return from South Africa for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on November 17.
Sportinglife.ng gathered that former NFF board member, Otunba Dele Ajayi appeared before the panel on Monday.
In the meantime, officials have said that the panel has the power to seize in the interim properties of persons being investigated pending the conclusion of the case.

They said their power is taken from the Executive Order 6 recently signed into law by President Muhammadu Buhari.
