Done Deal: Zaniolo set to play with Lookman on loan
Despite the last-ditch Fiorentina attempt, Atalanta have reportedly shaken hands with Galatasaray for Nicolò Zaniolo on loan with option to buy for a total €22m that could become an obligation.
It has been a duel for over a week between the two clubs, who are offering very similar packages to the Turkish team and to the player.
The Viola tried one last time to one-up their rivals, but multiple sources this evening including Sky Sport Italia, Fabrizio Romano and Calciomercato.com all claim this is a done deal for Atalanta.

Gianluca Di Marzio notes Zaniolo will make the move on loan for €3.5m with an option to buy for a further €16m plus up to €2.5m in bonuses.
This becomes an obligation to make it permanent if he plays in 60-65 per cent of their games over the course of the season.
There are a few different versions of how the cost of the operation is split between the loan, salary and option, but all come out to roughly €22-23m.
There could even be a medical as early as Thursday, with Sportitalia picking midday local time.
The Italy international just returned from a loan spell with Aston Villa and celebrated his 25th birthday yesterday.
As a present, he gets the move back to Serie A that he was pushing so hard for.
