Dufegha, Dominic Celebrate Katsina Utd NPFL Stay
Beach Eagles and Katsina Utd forward Eric Dufegha and his teammate, Sunday Dominic have expressed delight that the club retained their premier league status after a turbulent 2018/2019 NPFL abridged league season.
Katsina Utd successfully ward off relegation threats in the season after a narrow win over Enyimba F.C in the last game of the season.
The duo paid attribute to Coach Abdullahi Biffo for the team’s success describing it as “a big achievement”.
Dufegha who is also a Nigerian International with the Beach Eagles gave an insight into the success story of Katsina Utd in the out gone season league season of the NPFL.
“Unity, Prayers and technical impact of Coach Abdullahi Biffo remains the key of the club’s success.
“We are grateful to God that Katsina Utd survived relegation”
Similarly, Sunday Dominic, a midfielder added that coach Biffo was the main reason the club was able to navigate their way through the difficult season.
” Despite his ordeal after he kidnapped, Coach Biffo was able to quickly put the trauma behind to ensure that Katsina was not relegated in our time
“We’re grateful to Coach Biffo for guiding us through our career. Coac is like a garden Angel to us and we can’t thank him enough.
