The Super Eagles observed family’s day in their camp at the Avita Resort in Bad Tatzmannsdorf, Austria on Sunday.

Coach Gernot Rohr said he is support of promoting family values whenever the national team is in camp to help the players concentrate and avoid thinking about the home front.
Before the family day was declared, wife of Torino of Italy midfielder, Joel Obi had arrived a day earlier to give moral and emotional support to her husband. The team was also treated to local dishes by the Nigeria Embassy In Austria who came visiting.

Iheanacho’s teammate at Leicester, Wilfred Ndidi was the first to get back to the Resort on his bicycle but the hill affected his momentum.
It was obvious that the hilly terrain was a challenge for Israel based John Ogu as he was seen dragging his bicycle while Daniel Akpeyi finished last behind Chidozie Awaziem.
Meanwhile, the 23 players will have their last training session in Austria today (Monday) before leaving Austria for Russia around 5pm local time aboard a chartered flight provided by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
An advanced party led by the Eagles’ secretary, Dayo Enebi arrived on Saturday in Essenturki, Russia where the team will be based for the World Cup.
