Eagles return to Essentuki tonight

Nigeria’s Super Eagles have left Volgograd to their base in Essentuki to prepare for their final group match of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

Sportinglife.ng gathered from a source that the team wasted no time in checking out of their hotel as they returned from the stadium.

“”They left thirty minutes ago for the airport to catch their flight,”” said the source.

Nigeria are back in reckoning after defeating Iceland 2-0 with the two goals scored by Ahmed Musa.

The team will resume training on Saturday.
