Eagles star set to leave Premier League club on loan this winter
Out-of-favour Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho is reportedly set to leave Leicester City on loan during the winter transfer window in January.
According to HITC report, Foxes manager Brendan Rodgers is keen to land a quality back-up for England star Jamie Vardy, who has netted 11 times this campaign and has identified Rangers talisman Alfredo Morelos as a better prospect than Iheanacho.
“Iheanacho will be allowed to leave on loan in the winter with Leicester looking to bring in a new striker in his place, believed to be Rangers talisman Alfredo Morelos,” the report read in part.

Interestingly, the 23-year-old Iheanacho joined Leicester City in summer 2017, and has made 64 appearances for the Foxes netting 11 goals.
The £25m-rated Iheanacho has not tasted Premier League action this campaign for Rodgers’ Leicester City.
