England manager Southgate dislocates shoulder

England manager Gareth Southgate on Wednesday dislocated his right shoulder.

Southgate suffered the injury near England’s World Cup base in Repino in Russia

The England boss who jumped in the air while celebrating Harry Kane’s injury-time winner in the 2-1 victory over Tunisia on Monday lost his foot while running on the road.

“The doc has made it clear that punching the air is not an option,” said Southgate.

He however had a meeting with his team with his arm heavily strapped – and insisted there will be no more jumping for joy like he did after Kane’s late winner.
