Former Nigeria international Vincent Enyeama may no longer be the first choice goalkeeper for French club, Lille, but that has not stopped him from being a loving and responsible father to his family.

The father of three who has since been relegated to Lille’s feeder side, this week deemed it wise to spend time with his family

Not the type that hides his family away from the limelight, Enyeama tweeted a picture of him eating out with his kids and wife last Friday in France.

He captioned the picture with three heart-shaped eyes emojis and the words “my crew” on his Twitter handle.

Indeed the former Enyimba of Aba safe hands looked relaxed and a happy man in the picture regardless of his travails.

Back home the 35-year old, who has won 101 caps with the Eagles remains a subject of discourse ahead of next month’s FIFA World Cup in Russia.

He has continued to divide opinions regarding his inclusion in the team. The keeper however remains adamant about his return despite pleas from his admirers.

There is that belief that Enyeama’s experience is needed bearing in mind that first choice keeper Carl Ikeme won’t be going to Russia since he is still recuperating from acute leukemia.

Before his sudden retirement from the national team in 2016, Enyeama has featured in three World Cups.
