Super Eagles and Leicester forward Kelechi Iheanacho has been shortlisted alongside seven others for April 2021’s EA SPORTS Player of the Month award.

The shortlisted players include Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Stuart Dallas (Leeds), Mason Greenwood (Man United), Jesse Lingard (West Ham), Matheus Pereira (West Brom), Allan Saint-Maximin (Newcastle) and Chris Wood (Burnley)
Football fans can have a say on who takes the prize through the Premier League website by picking their favourite by voting from the shortlisted on the EA SPORTS website before 18:00 BST on Monday 10 May.

The votes from the public will be combined with those of the 20 club captains and a panel of football experts to decide the winner, who will be revealed next week.
Interestingly, Iheanacho has followed winning March’s EA SPORTS award by scoring four goals and registering two assists. His haul included superb strikes against West Ham United and Crystal Palace.
